By creating an account or using any part of the SRWS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Club Obligations
Club owners and administrators are responsible for the accuracy of their club information, compliance with local regulations, and the conduct of their members during SRWS sanctioned events.
4. User Conduct
When using the platform, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users
- Manipulate race results or standings
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
5. Intellectual Property
All SRWS platform content, including design, code, and branding, is owned by SRWS. User-generated content (club profiles, event data) remains the property of its creators, but you grant SRWS a license to display and process it on the platform.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
SRWS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or service interruptions.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.
